Full-Service AV Production for a Corporate Event in Mountain View
Megahertz Productions provided full-service audiovisual production for a corporate event at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California.
The event included both in-person presenters and multiple virtual presenters joining remotely through Zoom. Our team designed and operated the complete production system, including LED video, audio, cameras, switching, and hybrid event integration.
Large-Format Absen LED Video Wall
The centerpiece of the room was a custom LED video wall built with Absen PL2.5 panels.
14 panels wide × 8 panels high
Approximately 22′ 11″ wide × 13′ 1″ high
The large-format display provided a bright, high-resolution presentation surface for speaker content, graphics, branding, remote presenters, and live video.
Barco E2 Video Switching and Screen Management
Video switching and screen management were handled with a Barco E2 Event Master.
The system allowed our video team to manage multiple sources throughout the event, including:
- Presentation computers
- Live camera feeds
- Zoom participants
- Virtual presenters
- Event graphics
- Branded content
- Multi-source layouts
This gave our operators the flexibility to transition smoothly between live presenters, remote speakers, presentations, and camera feeds.
Yamaha DM7 Audio and Shure ULX-D Wireless
Audio was mixed on a Yamaha DM7 digital mixing console.
We deployed 16 channels of Shure ULX-D wireless microphones to support presenters and participants throughout the event.
The audio system was configured for both the in-room audience and the Zoom broadcast, ensuring clear communication between live and remote participants.
Panasonic PTZ Camera Production
For camera coverage, we used Panasonic AW-HE130 PTZ cameras.
The PTZ system provided professional live camera coverage while maintaining a clean and efficient production footprint inside the venue. Camera feeds were integrated into the video system and used as part of the Zoom broadcast.
Zoom and Virtual Presenter Integration
This production included multiple virtual presenters, requiring careful coordination between the live event and the remote Zoom environment.
Our team managed the integration of:
- In-room presenters
- Remote presenters
- Presentation content
- Live camera feeds
- Zoom participants
- Event graphics
The result was a unified hybrid event experience for both the audience in the room and participants joining remotely.
